Steph Upton first woman at Riddlesdown Parkrun
Steph Upton, from Striders of Croydon, had a very good run to be the first woman to finish the Riddlesdown parkrun on Saturday. She placed 14th overall, covering the five-kilometre course in 22 minutes 36 seconds. Club colleague Kara Boaks was the second woman to finish the South Norwood parkrun, placing 26th overall (23:55).
