Krzysztof leads Striders at muddy Parliament Hill race
Striders of Croydon faced strong opposition in the second London Cross-Country Championships held at a muddy Parliament Hill on Saturday. Leading the way was Krzysztof Klidzia showing good form after recent injuries. He was followed by the strong-running Simon Pannell and a rapidly improving Greg Williams. The team was completed by Chris Morton. Striders also had two non-scorers.
On the following day Damian Macenhill was the first Strider to finish the Brighton 10K, in a time of 37 minutes, 34 seconds.
