Nikki Javan second woman at Northampton Parkrun
Nikki Javan, from Striders of Croydon, ran well to be the second woman to finish the Northampton parkrun on Saturday. She placed 35th overall out of 416 finishers, recording 21 minutes 39 seconds. For Striders’ men, Martin Filer was third in the Riddlesdown parkrun (18:36) while veteran Simon Pannell was third in the South Norwood parkrun (19:33). There were fourth places for Krzysztof Klidzia in the Lloyd parkrun (18:43) and John Punt in the Foots Cray parkrun (21:22). Niamh Vincent was the fourth woman to finish the Riddlesdown parkrun, placing 21st overall (22:06), while Sophia Sachedina was the fourth woman to finish the Wetherby parkrun, placing 19th overall (25:30). Striders had a total of 80 finishers in the various weekly parkruns.
