Striders of Croydon produced some good performances at the High Elms 10-kilometre race organised by Orpington Road Runners on Sunday. 75-year-old Kevin Burnett, from Striders of Croydon, had an excellent day at the Surrey Masters Championships at Ewell on Sunday. He won gold medals in the M75 100 metres (22.06), shot (5.98) and discus (17.30), and silver in the hammer (16.55). Sandra Francis won gold in the W55 100 metres (17.00), 200 metres (36.70) and
