Macenhill brothers battle it out for Striders
Justin Macenhill, from Striders of Croydon, continued his comeback from injury with a very good run to place fourth out of 141 finishers in the weekly parkrun in Lloyd Park on Saturday. He covered the undulating five-kilometre course in 19 minutes 20 seconds. His elder brother Damian Macenhill was sixth in 19 minutes 48, while triathlete Mark Bayliss placed eleventh (21.07). Meanwhile Simon Ambrosi was fifth in the Ladywell parkrun (20.12), while Gearoid Quigley was tenth in the Malahide parkrun (18.46) and Chris Morton was tenth in the Riddlesdown parkrun (19.42). Striders had a total of 34 finishers in the various weekly parkruns.
