Paul improves his marathon time with another sub-3
Ernie Hann again led Striders of Croydon in the weekly parkrun at Lloyd Park on Saturday. He placed seventh out of 156 finishers and covered the undulating five-kilometre course in 19 minutes 01. Simon Webster was 14th (20.03) and veteran Geoff Pennells ran well to place 18th (21.10). Nigel Davidson was seventh in the Riddlesdown parkrun (20.20).
Meanwhile Paul Eisenhut ran the Loch Ness Marathon in 2 hours 59 minutes 25 seconds, improving his personal best by 13 seconds. Taylor Huggins ran the Berlin Marathon in 3 hours 7 minutes, and Mick Stewart ran the Lyon Marathon in 3 hours 18 minutes.
